濕地水文功能及其保護與管理

摘要:濕地是流域水資源和水循環(huán)的重要組成部分，其水文功能對保持流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康和區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境良好質量具有重要作用。分析了濕地調蓄洪水、補充地下水、提供水源、改善水質、調節(jié)氣候等水文功能及其作用機理，提出了將濕地的保護和合理利用與流域綜合管理相結合的思路和方法，并對濕地保護和管理提出了具體的措施與建議。

     Wetland Hydrological Functions and Their Conservation and Management

Abstract:Wetland ecosystems are the most important element of water resources and water cycle of riverbasins. The unique wetland hydrological functions make great contributions to maintenance of the health ofriver basin ecosystems and regional eco-environment. The paper analyses the wetland hydrological func-tions and their mechanisms，such as flood alleviation，runoff regulation，ground water recharge，water quali-ty improvement and regional climate amelioration. On the basis of the above analysis，this paper puts for-ward a new thought and method of integrating wetland conservation and wise use into river basin manage-ment，and provides the detailed measures and suggestions for wetland conservation and management.
