2025年4月14日，中共中央總書記、國家主席習(xí)近平在越共中央駐地同越共中央總書記蘇林舉行會談。習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，今年是中越建交75周年暨“中越人文交流年”。

2024年8月20日，《中華人民共和國和越南社會主義共和國關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系、推進(jìn)中越命運(yùn)共同體建設(shè)的聯(lián)合聲明》發(fā)布。雙方宣布2025年為“中越人文交流年”，將共同舉辦系列活動慶祝中越建交75周年。通過黨際、青年、友城等渠道，用好廣西、云南、廣東、重慶等省區(qū)市紅色資源，打造形式多樣的研學(xué)、文旅活動。鼓勵更多游客赴對方國家旅游。發(fā)揮中國在越文化中心作用，歡迎越南在中國設(shè)立文化中心，鼓勵開展媒體、新聞出版、廣播影視合作，探討職業(yè)教育合作，加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生保健、傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等領(lǐng)域交流合作。

2025年1月15日，習(xí)近平總書記和蘇林總書記共同宣布中越人文交流年正式啟動。在慶祝兩國建交75周年之際，連民心、有溫度、接地氣的豐富人文交流活動將在兩國民眾之間架起更多相知相親的橋梁。

以2025年“中越人文交流年”為契機(jī)，中國將舉辦更多接地氣、得民心的友好活動，加強(qiáng)旅游、文化、媒體、衛(wèi)生等合作。
